Review Group Backs Broad Changes To NSA Spying Tactics

Law360, New York (December 18, 2013, 8:44 PM EST) -- The White House on Wednesday released a report prepared by a group of outside experts that recommended nearly four dozen changes that would drastically curb the National Security Agency's domestic and foreign data-collection capabilities, although the administration said it won't decide if it will heed the suggestions until January.
