Law360, New York (December 18, 2013, 4:49 PM EST) -- The operators of four Hilton Head time-share resorts filed suit in South Carolina federal court Tuesday, accusing law firm Naert & DuBois LLC of using their registered trademarks in search engine management campaigns through sites like and to generate hits on its own website.
