2nd Circ. Affirms Dismissal Of Frozen Bank Account Suits

Law360, New York (December 18, 2013, 7:31 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday affirmed lower court rulings tossing class actions against TD Bank NA and Capital One Bank NA for freezing New York customer accounts at the behest of their creditors, but allowed plaintiffs to ask lower courts if they can amend their complaints.
