Law360, New York (December 18, 2013, 6:22 PM EST) -- One day after Vornado Realty Trust made its $200 million sale of 866 United Nations Plaza to United Realty Partners official, the building's new owners were sued in New York state court over the alleged improper transfer of funds raised for the deal by investors who are no longer party to it.
