Deutsche Bank Says FHFA's $567M RMBS Suit Is Too Late

Law360, New York (December 18, 2013, 6:50 PM EST) -- A unit of Deutsche Bank AG on Wednesday pushed back against the Federal Housing Finance Agency's $567 million suit over the bank’s alleged refusal to honor an agreement mandating the repurchase of hundreds of millions of dollars in residential mortgage-backed securities, claiming the FHFA’s action is time-barred.
