Md. Appeals Court Rejects Challenge To Bingo Machine Ban

Law360, Washington (December 19, 2013, 3:49 PM EST) -- A Maryland state appellate court on Wednesday refused to block an amendment to the state's gaming law banning certain types of bingo gaming machines in the state, ruling the amendment had not violated a state prohibition on narrowly targeted "special" laws.
