Fish & Richardson Must Face Fraud Suit, Texas Court Told

Law360, Dallas (February 11, 2014, 8:59 PM EST) -- A now-dissolved title services firm on Tuesday asked a Texas appeals court to allow it to pursue fraud and breach of contract claims against an arbitrator and attorneys from Fish & Richardson PC who allegedly hid their personal friendship in a $28 million arbitration dispute, saying the suit could stop future misdeeds.
