NJ Justices Won't Review Time Bar For Construction Suits

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 4:05 PM EST) -- The Supreme Court of New Jersey on Wednesday declined to hear a case filed by Cumberland County against Gilbane Building Co. for alleged negligence in supervising a renovation of the county’s courthouse, affirming a lower court’s decision not to revisit the state’s statute of repose.
