UC Regents Needn't Reveal Investing Info, Appeals Court Says

Law360, Los Angeles (December 19, 2013, 8:22 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Thursday overturned a lower court’s ruling that would have required the University of California to obtain and turn over to Reuters America LLC news agency confidential financial documents from two venture capital firms, saying the information was not “public records” under the law.
