Navy Says Contract Bribery Scandal Could Widen

Law360, New York (December 20, 2013, 4:45 PM EST) -- The U.S. Navy said it will “pull no punches” in its ongoing investigation of Glenn Defense Marine Asia, the contractor that allegedly offered bribes and prostitutes in exchange for inside information and preferential treatment, adding that additional Navy staff could still face criminal charges.
