Zucker Goldberg Sued Over Debt-Collection Notices

Law360, New York (December 20, 2013, 7:12 PM EST) -- Zucker Goldberg & Ackerman LLC on Thursday was hit with a putative class action in New Jersey federal court alleging the debt collection firm illegally sent out collection notices on behalf of Wells Fargo NA without information on how to dispute the validity of the debt.
