Cell Phone Makers Sued Over Digital Camera Patents

Law360, New York (March 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- FlashPoint Technology Inc. has filed suit against AT&T Mobility LLC, Kyocera Corp., Nokia Corp. and several other cell phone companies over patents related to digital camera technology.

New Hampshire-based FlashPoint filed the suit Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, claiming that the defendants imported, sold or offered to sell electronic products that allegedly infringed on seven of the company's patents.
