Former Access Head Gets Late 2014 Trial In Kickback Case

Law360, New York (December 20, 2013, 6:08 PM EST) -- The former head of health-care-focused marketing company Access Communications LLC will go to trial in December 2014 on charges that he took more than $1 million in kickbacks from a supplier, a federal judge said Friday.

Ex-CEO Michael J. Mitrow is slated to go on trial alongside his brother, former Access executive Matthew J. Mitrow, and Robert T. Madison, a supplier.
