Daimler Faces Class Action Over Used Vehicles

Law360, New York (December 20, 2013, 6:20 PM EST) -- Daimler AG and Mercedes Benz Cars have been hit with a putative class action in New Jersey state court alleging they misled consumers about the safety and collision histories of their preowned vehicles.

Maryland resident James Dey contends in Dec. 13 complaint in Bergen County Superior Court that the companies have misrepresented the true condition of vehicles in the Mercedes Benz Certified Preowned program.
