Fugitive Bank Exec Arrested In $21M Fraud Case

Law360, New York (January 2, 2014, 2:58 PM EST) -- A former Montgomery Bank & Trust executive who vanished in June 2012 after leaving a damning suicide note was arrested Tuesday on charges of looting more than $21 million from the Georgia bank, authorities said.

Aubrey Lee Price was pulled over on Interstate 95 in Brunswick, Ga., for a minor traffic violation, the FBI said. He was taken into custody after authorities discovered his true identity.
