NJ Appeals Court Dumps Contract Suit Over Road Projects

Law360, New York (January 3, 2014, 6:24 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals panel on Tuesday declined to revive Tilcon New York Inc.'s breach of contract suit against the state’s Department of Transportation, ruling the agency was justified in assessing a $467,000 negative adjustment to its payment of two repaving projects.
