Wyle Wins Protest Over Lost $1.76B NASA Contract

Law360, New York (January 2, 2014, 3:22 PM EST) -- Wyle Laboratories Inc., which lost out to rival Science Applications International Corp. for a $1.76 billion contract for health services in support of all NASA human spaceflight programs, won its protest of the procurement at the U.S. Government Accountability Office on Dec. 27.
