Judgment Boosted To $157M In Vitamin C Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (January 2, 2014, 7:19 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Monday added $4 million in attorneys' fees to the $153 million price-fixing verdict against vitamin C company North China Pharmaceutical Group Corp. and awarded the plaintiffs interest.

U.S. District Court Judge Brian M. Cogan signed off on an amended final judgment in the case that brings the total value to more than $157 million.
