'Elder Scrolls' Animation Defect Case Gets Dismissed

Law360, New York (January 2, 2014, 6:45 PM EST) -- A Colorado federal judge ordered the dismissal of a case brought against ZeniMax Media Inc. accusing it of deceptive marketing practices related to an animation defect in one of the popular "Elder Scrolls" video games.

U.S. District Judge Wiley Y. Daniel dismissed the case with prejudice, approving a joint stipulation of dismissal filed by the parties. The order did not specify a specific settlement agreement. The order said the parties are responsible for their own costs and attorneys’ fees.
