Law360, New York (January 3, 2014, 1:58 PM EST) -- A New York state judge on Thursday denied 50 Cent’s bid to toss a lawsuit alleging the rapper violated a woman’s privacy by posting her sex video on one of his websites, finding there is evidence that the tape was used for trade purposes.
