2nd Circ. Asked To Nix Doc Disclosure In Oil Futures Suit

Law360, New York (January 3, 2014, 12:15 PM EST) -- Shell Oil Co., Morgan Stanley Capital Group Inc. and Plains All American Pipeline LP told the Second Circuit on Thursday that a lower court exceeded its authority in allowing the disclosure of sensitive documents provided to federal investigators in a proposed class action alleging certain oil traders manipulated the crude futures market.
