Perkins Coie Wants Out Of $39M Municipal Bond Suit

Law360, New York (January 3, 2014, 4:47 PM EST) -- Perkins Coie LLP on Thursday asked a federal judge in Missouri to reject Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc.’s bid to rope it into a class action over a failed municipal bond issuance linked to a fraudulent scheme to build an artificial sweetener plant.
