Law360, Chicago (January 3, 2014, 4:54 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Thursday pared down a proposed class action accusing Bumble Bee Foods LLC of misleading consumers about the health benefits of its products, particularly those containing omega-3 fatty acids, tossing several claims and ruling that the plaintiff is not entitled to restitution or disgorgement.
