BlackBerry Lobs IP Suit At Ryan Seacrest's Tech Co.

Law360, New York (January 3, 2014, 3:58 PM EST) -- Typo Products, an iPhone accessories company co-owned by media personality Ryan Seacrest, was slammed with a patent infringement suit in California federal court on Friday by BlackBerry Ltd., as the smartphone maker struggles to keep up with competition from Apple Inc.'s iPhone and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s Android devices.
