Uesco Asks High Court To Weigh Spam-Fax Class Cert.

Law360, New York (January 3, 2014, 6:51 PM EST) -- Crane manufacturer Uesco industries Inc. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a decision denying class certification in its spam-fax suit against a pool supplier, arguing the supplier is still liable for the faxes even though they were sent through a third party.
