GAO Nixes Protest Of $11M Anti-Bioweapons Contract

Law360, New York (January 6, 2014, 8:22 PM EST) -- The Government Accountability Office has denied Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp.'s protest of an $11.22 million Defense Threat Reduction Agency task order, finding the agency had reasonably concluded B&V lacked understanding of the order's requirements, according to a decision made public Monday.
