LBF Accuses Rivals Of Using Marks To Redirect Traffic

Law360, New York (January 6, 2014, 4:19 PM EST) -- Online travel provider LBF Travel Inc., which operates Smartfares.com and Travelation.com, has sued a pair of competitors in New York federal court, alleging the companies are illicitly using LBF trademarks as search engine marketing terms to direct traffic to their own sites.
