Nader Urges Icahn To Thwart 'Ludicrous' Sirius Deal

Law360, New York (January 6, 2014, 4:34 PM EST) -- Consumer advocate Ralph Nader on Monday blasted a buyout offer from Liberty Media Corp. that values Sirius XM Holdings Inc. at about $23 billion, and called on Carl Icahn to swoop in to thwart the “ludicrous” bid and protect the satellite radio carrier's shareholders.
