Microsoft Seeks Time To Overturn Class On Appeal

Law360, New York (March 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pending an appeal, Microsoft Corp. has asked a judge to stay a class action that alleges the company misled buyers with its marketing campaign for the Vista operating system by claiming that the product would work on systems that didn't actually support it.
