Samsung Blasts Apple's Bid For $90M More In Damages

Law360, New York (January 7, 2014, 4:38 PM EST) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. on Monday swiped at a bid by Apple Inc. to increase a design patent infringement damages award it received from a California federal jury in November by $90 million, arguing the jury's damages finding was sound and that increasing the reward would flout the U.S. Constitution.
