Muzooka Accused Of Flouting Competitor's Trademark

Law360, New York (January 8, 2014, 1:04 PM EST) -- The operators of the online music streaming platform Muzooka were slapped with a trademark infringement suit in Delaware federal court on Monday by the owner of MuZook, a similarly structured business claiming that Muzooka is illegally copying its name and confusing customers.
