Law360, Houston (January 7, 2014, 7:03 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court said Tuesday that an insurance broker’s former employee who started a competing business and later retrieved from a dumpster sensitive customer and employee data his former bosses inadvertently discarded could not pursue a class action over the breach.
