Twinings Can't Bag Antioxidant Tea False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (January 7, 2014, 3:13 PM EST) -- A California judge on Monday rejected efforts by Twinings North America Inc. to shut down a putative class action accusing it of making false promises about the antioxidant properties of dozens of tea blends, saying the plaintiff may be able to demonstrate injury once she examines the company's books.
