Colo. High Court Denies Aurora Victims Access To Evidence

Law360, New York (January 7, 2014, 6:40 PM EST) -- The Colorado Supreme Court on Monday backed a ruling that denied victims of a deadly 2012 movie theater shooting access to video surveillance footage and photos from the gunman’s cell phone for use in their premises liability suit against Cinemark Inc.
