Texas Plans $800M In Road Improvements For San Antonio

Law360, New York (January 8, 2014, 1:49 PM EST) -- Texas officials on Monday laid out an $800 million plan to fund expansions of three major highways in the San Antonio region as part of transportation infrastructure improvements meant to alleviate traffic and congestion.
