Law360, Los Angeles (January 7, 2014, 9:58 PM EST) -- A New York state judge on Tuesday let some objections to New York University’s $6 billion Greenwich Village expansion advance, ruling that some of the land NYU will use as staging grounds are public parks and that the project needs state approval.
