Chromalloy Gets Claim Pared From DOD Repair FCA Suit

Law360, Washington (January 8, 2014, 4:47 PM EST) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Wednesday trimmed a claim from a whistleblower False Claims Act suit accusing Chromalloy Gas Turbine Corp. of defrauding the U.S. Department of Defense by falsely claiming poor-quality engine part repairs were up to government specifications, ruling the relator had failed to back the claim.
