9th Circ. Revives Age-Bias Claim In Vegas Casino Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 8, 2014, 8:16 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday revived an age-discrimination claim in a suit in which six women accused Treasure Island LLC of illegally replacing them with younger workers, ruling that an aesthetician working at its salon passed an audition when reapplying for her job.
