Sanford Heisler DQ'd From Overtime Suit

Law360, New York (January 9, 2014, 1:51 PM EST) -- Sanford Heisler LLP can't represent employees in a proposed wage-and-hour class action against Ma Laboratories Inc., a California federal judge ruled Wednesday, saying the firm had a potential conflict because it was also pursuing a parallel case in state court making almost identical claims.
