Lockheed Martin Wins $449M In Air Force Missile Contracts

Law360, Washington (January 9, 2014, 4:10 PM EST) -- Lockheed Martin Corp. announced Thursday it had been awarded two contracts for the continued supply of its AGM-158A Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile and the missile’s extended-range variant, the AGM-158B, to the U.S. Air Force, worth a total of $449 million.

The contracts, officially awarded Dec. 19, include the production of 340 of the baseline JASSM and 100 of the missile's extended-range variant as well as systems engineering, tooling, logistics support and test equipment, the defense giant said.
