$200M Trump Hotel Gets Final Approval From Fed. Agency

Law360, New York (January 9, 2014, 3:24 PM EST) -- The federal government's planning agency for Washington, D.C., gave final approval Thursday to the Trump Organization's plans for a $200 million conversion of The Old Post Office Pavilion into a luxury hotel, paving the way for construction to start later this year.
