Okla., Chunghwa Settle LCD Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (January 10, 2014, 2:15 PM EST) -- The state of Oklahoma proposed dismissing its claims Wednesday against Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd. in a case in multidistrict litigation accusing the company and other manufacturers of plotting to fix the prices of liquid crystal display screens, according to a California federal court filing.
