Advertiser Says Tribe Owes $250M For Broken Contract

Law360, Miami (January 10, 2014, 4:51 PM EST) -- A South Florida advertising company is seeking more than $250 million in damages from Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. and several tribe members in a lawsuit filed Tuesday over an allegedly broken contract to handle advertising for the tribe and its casinos.
