7th Circ. Revives Casino Servers’ Race Bias Suit Over Tips

Law360, New York (January 10, 2014, 3:10 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit on Wednesday revived race discrimination claims brought against Casino Queen Inc. by a pair of black cocktail waitresses who claimed they were frequently assigned to work in less lucrative areas of the casino than white waitresses were.
