Elliott Pounces On Juniper In Latest Activist Play

Law360, New York (January 13, 2014, 11:52 AM EST) -- Juniper Networks Inc. on Monday became the latest company to find itself in the crosshairs of Elliott Management Corp., the New York-based activist investor that has been busy flexing its muscle to steer targets new and old, including another tech equipment manufacturer.
