High Court Won't Hear San Rafael Rent Control Dispute

Law360, New York (January 13, 2014, 3:08 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear a California developer’s challenge to the city of San Rafael's rent control laws, defeating the developer’s attempt to reverse a city ordinance it claims caused it to lose property value to tenants.
