NJ Court Orders Report On Medical Marijuana Program

Law360, New York (January 13, 2014, 3:52 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appellate panel on Monday ordered the state’s health department to issue a report on the disposition of New Jersey’s medical marijuana program in response to a putative class action alleging the agency’s negligence in establishing the program prevented access to treatment.
