Forest Can't Nix Mo. Class In Antidepressant Marketing MDL

Law360, New York (January 13, 2014, 5:53 PM EST) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Friday certified a class of Missouri parents accusing Forest Pharmaceuticals Inc. of misleading them into buying antidepressants for their children that were only approved for adults, but he refused to approve similar proposed classes of New York and Illinois consumers.
