Suit Over $200M UN Plaza Deal Sent To Arbitration

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 7:22 PM EST) -- A New York state judge on Monday dismissed a suit brought by would-be investors in 866 United Nations Plaza over the $200 million sale of the building by Vornado Realty Trust, finding the matter should be settled in arbitration.
