NJ Judge Kicks Train Derailment Suit To State Court

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 4:35 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Monday remanded a suit by more than a dozen first responders and their families against Consolidated Rail Corp. over a New Jersey train derailment and chemical spill to state court, saying a Pennsylvania plaintiff in the case had not been fraudulently added.
